I am absolutely blown away by not only my purchase, but by this brand and their outstanding customer service. The packaging was gorgeous and very well thought out. The actual planned and savings challenge book were way above what I was expecting as far as quality. Upon excitedly flipping through the financial planner, I went to close it and realized the back came off and would not go back on. I decided to email the customer service email to see if there was a way to fix the back, completely not expecting them to offer to send me a new one, which they did! I wasn’t expecting one nor did I ask for one, but they were so proactive and sent me a new teaching number and I received my new planner in about 3 days. I am absolutely in awe and can’t wait to hold myself accountable financially! I’ve told everyone about my experience and this is the first purchase of many for me. If you were on the fence, BUY IT SIS!
