ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION
We highly recommend to protect all packages with Route. I Am Her Stationery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped.
PRE-ORDER POLICY
Items purchased on PRE ORDER are subject to delivery between 1-2 weeks after the estimated shipping date that is provided in the items description at time of purchase.
Having a Pre-Order item amongst other items in your order will hold back the delivery of your ENTIRE order.
All sales are final. We can offer store credit if a situation does arise.

Please note: estimated shipment dates included in the description of items are approximate and subject to change. If unforseen events happen this can increase the estimated arrival date.
$10K SmashBox POLICY
Please get Route Package Protection to protect your Smahsbox from theft, damage etc. If a Smashbox has no package protection there is no option for a refund. A new box will be offered when available.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES POLICY
Due to hygiene concerns we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
If there is an issue with your product on arrival ( broken, tears, etc.) Then please reach out to us with visual proof.

SHIPPING TIMES
Current processing times are 2-3 business days. This does not include weekends as we are closed. Once item ships, normal shipping times are 2-6 days if located in the United States.
